Role - Part-Time Remote

A Talent Acquisition Coordinator(TAC) will be primarily responsible for supporting our Talent Acquisition practice. We are looking for a talented individual to be part of our team who has a passion for learning new skills.

The position is part-time, to begin with. You will have the flexibility of working from your home.

Job Summary

  • Create and maintain job postings on external job board websites
  • Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and client teams
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial screening to final response including ensuring that all candidates get a response within an appropriate period of time
  • Support various hiring projects, such as strategize sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques)
  • Maintain applicant tracking, data entry, maintenance, and integrity
  • Perform various administrative duties and take on projects and programs that support the recruitment function
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc recruiting metrics and reports
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media channels
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or HR Management, IT, Engineering etc
  • Ability to build strong relationships, understand recruiting principles and possess excellent customer service skills
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced work environment
  • Must be very organized, self-starter, detail-oriented with a desire to contribute to the company's reputation and success
  • Experience with sourcing, recruiting information/applicant tracking systems will be preferred
  • Proficiency in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail or similar software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal/networking skills. Must be a native English speaker

Nice to have

  • Well versed with IT industry and technical terms
  • Any experience in Digital Marketing
